Green Line Consult (GLC) was established in 2012 with a mission to provide cutting-edge

Over the past decade, Green Line Consult has:
Assessed and trained over 8,000 jobseekers and employees across diverse economic
sectors.
Interviewed more than 25,000 individuals to match skills with labor market needs.
Supported over 2,000 companies and training providers in improving workforce
performance and HR systems.
Partnered with key institutions such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Tourism,
Ministry of Manpower,
and the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
Delivered entrepreneurship and green economy training to refugees, women, and
youth in partnership with international donors and UN agencies.

Relevant Projects and Achievements
1. Management of Three Training Centers for the Ministry of Industry
Productivity and Vocational Training Department (2024–ongoing)
GLC manages three national training centers introducing new disciplines—Programming,
Graphic Design, Computer & network maintenance, Renewable energy, Biomedical
Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Chemistry, Technology Air conditioning & refrigeration,
Welding, Industrial machinery, Car maintenance, General Lathe and Iron filings —to modernize
TVET delivery and align with labor market needs.
2. Development of a School Planning Mechanism for Technical Education Schools in Egypt
(GIZ)
Support Ministry of Education and Technical education (MoETE) in developing an evidencebased school planning mechanism that links labour market information with TVET school data.
The mechanism will serve as the foundation for a future digital tool (2025-2026)
3. Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurship (WEntre Project)
Erasmus+ (European Commission) – Egypt, Sweden, Spain, Greece (2023–2026)
Enhancing women’s entrepreneurial and digital skills through co-designed training programs for
vocational providers, supporting literacy, STEM, civic participation, and cultural awareness.

4. Start Your Business & Up-Skills Project for Refugees and Host Communities
Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport – Funded by WFP/UN (2024–2026)
Comprehensive training for 2,500 refugees and host community members in entrepreneurship,
digital marketing, and employability skills, with follow-up coaching and market linkages. Over
1600 participants trained to date.
5. “SheEmpower” – Unleashing the Power of Female Entrepreneurs in the Mediterranean
Interreg NEXT MED Programme (2025–2028)
International partnership with agencies in Spain, Lebanon, Turkey, and Cyprus to promote
women-led green enterprises and cross-border cooperation.
6. GREEN Skills for Sustainable Development Project
Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2023)
Development and implementation of specialized green economy training courses promoting
employability and environmental sustainability.
7. Youth Employment in Ports of the Mediterranean (YEP-MED Project)
Funded by ENI CBCMED (2021–2023)
Capacity-building program focused on maritime logistics and youth employability, delivered in
collaboration with the Arab Academy.
8. Training for Employment (Forsa Project)
Misr El Kheir Foundation / Ministry of Social Solidarity (2023)
Vocational and soft skills training for jobseekers in Egypt’s garment sector, linking graduates
directly to employment opportunities.
9. Improving Self-Employment Opportunities for Youth (Life Skills & Electrical Technician
Tracks)
Egyptian Foundation for SMEs / Ministry of Social Solidarity (2022–2024)
Entrepreneurship and technical training programs aimed at empowering youth toward selfemployment and small business creation.
10. AlignVET – Aligning Vocational Education with Labor Market Needs
ERASMUS+ (2024–2027)
Project focused on adapting the EQAVET quality assurance framework for Egyptian VET
providers, strengthening the education-to-employment ecosystem.

Strategic Vision and Future Outlook
GLC is currently developing a Technology and Innovation Hub for TVET, integrating:
AI-enabled learning tools,
VR-based vocational simulations, and
Digitalized curricula for skill-based training.
This initiative will position GLC as a regional hub for
