4.    Governance, ethics, and security in the age of artificial intelligence

• Developing policies and ethical frameworks for the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence.

• Digital protection and cybersecurity strategies and dealing with future threats.

• Addressing the social and economic impact of smart technologies and ensuring fairness and inclusiveness in their applications.

5.    International partnerships and the global impact of artificial intelligence

• Strengthening cooperation between governments, universities, industrial institutions, and international organizations such as UNESCO.

• Support joint research and innovation, and knowledge exchange between countries to accelerate sustainable development and the digital economy.

• Highlight the conference's role as a driver of global and local change in education and industry through artificial intelligence.

Scientific Committee and Research Paper Review

Responsibilities:

Identify scientific themes and research sessions for the conference.

Evaluate and referee scientific papers and select keynote speakers.

Establish research acceptance criteria in accordance with the highest international standards.

Ensure compliance with scientific quality standards and research ethics.

Receiving research papers via official email and managing the submission process.

Distributing research papers to specialized reviewers.

Coordinating with publishers to publish accepted papers.

Participating in organizing and managing workshops and discussion sessions.

Prepare and edit conference reports and final recommendations, and prepare statistics on submitted and accepted research.

Coordinate the publication of research in scientific journals or conference proceedings.

 

Conditions and criteria for scientific publication at the conference:

Originality of research: The research must be new and not previously published or presented at another conference.

Quality of research: Adherence to rigorous scientific methods, relying on clear methodology and reliable data.

Scientific review: The research is subject to preliminary review by specialists in the field.

Research coordination: Clear scientific organization and logical sequence.

Research ethics: Commitment to the rules of scientific integrity and avoidance of plagiarism, and obtaining the necessary approvals when needed.

Research language: Arabic and English.

Intellectual property rights: The researcher must state that the research is being presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence held in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the specified period.

 

 

 

Scientific structure of the research:

-A clear and specific title related to the conference themes.

-A brief introduction explaining the importance and objectives of the research.

-A clear methodology indicating the tools and methods used.

-Presentation and discussion of the results.

-Documentation of references within the text and in the reference list according to a unified scientific style.

-Scientific summary (abstract).

-Adherence to scientific methodology in the preparation of the working paper.
