Responsibilities

• Define the scientific themes and research tracks of the conference.
• Evaluate and review submitted manuscripts and participate in the selection of keynote speakers.
• Establish criteria for research acceptance in alignment with the highest international academic standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with principles of scientific quality, authenticity, and integrity.
• Receive, coordinate, and manage research submissions via the conference's official email channel.
• Distribute submissions to qualified peer reviewers for academic evaluation.
• Collaborate with academic publishers to facilitate the publication of accepted papers.
• Support the organization and delivery of workshops and thematic discussion sessions.
• Prepare and edit comprehensive conference reports, including statistical summaries of submissions and peer review outcomes.
• Assist in facilitating the publication of selected papers in peer-reviewed journals or official conference proceedings.

Publication Standards for Research at International Conferences

• Authenticity: The work must be original, genuine, and unpublished in any prior journal or conference.
• Academic Rigor: Submissions must demonstrate sound use of data, robust methodologies, and precise academic language.
• Peer Review: All manuscripts undergo thorough evaluation by subject-matter experts to ensure adherence to academic and ethical standards.

• Structure and Clarity: Papers must be logically structured, coherently presented, and clearly articulated.

Research Ethics

• Studies involving human or animal participants must have received the appropriate ethical approvals.

• All forms of plagiarism are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

Language

Manuscripts must be written in English, the official language of the conference.

Intellectual Property

Authors must confirm that the manuscript is submitted exclusively to the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, hosted by New Giza University, Egypt (October 4–8, 2025).

Submission Requirements

• Title: Clear, specific, and directly relevant to the conference theme.
• Introduction: A concise overview highlighting the research significance and objectives.
• Methodology: A detailed description of research design, tools, procedures, and analytical frameworks.
• Results and Discussion: Presentation of key findings with interpretation and contextualization.
• References: Properly cited using a consistent academic style (APA, MLA, Chicago, or IEEE).
• Abstract: A 150–250-word summary outlining the study's purpose, methodology, and main conclusions.

Formatting Guidelines

Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (APA/MLA/Chicago) or 10 pt (IEEE).

Language: English.

Style Guide: Adhere to the formatting and submission guidelines of Springer (see: Springer Guidelines).
