Terms and Conditions for AI Conference 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the AI Conference 2025. Registering for the conference constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Participation

1.1 Conference registration is open to all individuals interested in artificial intelligence.
1.2 Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
1.3 Organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration without stating reasons.

2. Payment and Cancellation

2.1 Full payment must be made before the conference begins.
2.2 Cancellation 30+ days before conference: 80% refund.
2.3 Cancellation 15-29 days before conference: 50% refund.
2.4 No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before conference.

3. Participant Conduct

3.1 All participants must adhere to professional conduct rules.
3.2 Any form of harassment or discrimination is prohibited.
3.3 Organizers reserve the right to expel any participant violating these rules without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All conference materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
4.2 Recording sessions or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
4.3 Speakers retain ownership rights to their presentations.

5. Photography and Recording

5.1 Sessions may be photographed and recorded by organizers.
5.2 By participating, you consent to use of your image in promotional materials.
5.3 If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform organizers.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The organization is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages.
6.2 Participants engage in workshops and sessions at their own risk.
6.3 Programs are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), organizers may cancel or postpone the conference.
7.2 In case of cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
7.3 In case of postponement, participants may choose to attend the new date or receive a refund.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo.

9. Modifications

Organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any substantial changes.

10. Acceptance

By completing registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
