Thebes Academy Thebes Academy was established in 1995 in line with the Egyptian government's policy to encourage private higher education. The academy comprises three higher institutes: Thebes Higher Institute of Management & Information Technology (Thebes Academy Street, Saqqara Road, Al-Haram, Giza); Thebes Higher Institute of Computer & Management Sciences (First Corniche, Maadi, Cairo); and Thebes Higher Institute of Engineering (First Corniche, Maadi, Cairo). All degrees awarded by the academy's institutes are equivalent to bachelor's degrees awarded by Egyptian universities. The academy's degrees qualify graduates for registration in professional syndicates and for enrollment in postgraduate studies at Egyptian and international universities.
