Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aty

Chair of the National Committee for Artificial Intelligence. He also serves as President of the Arab Impact Factor, Vice President of the African Mathematical Union, Vice President of the Egyptian Mathematical Society, and Dean of the National University for Scientific Research and Graduate Studies in Bahrain.

Previously, he held the position of Vice President of the African Academy of Sciences and served as Dean of Research at the Applied Science University in Bahrain.

He earned his Ph.D. in Quantum Computing from the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Computing in Germany in 1999.

In recognition of his significant contributions to science, he was awarded the Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in 2007 and an Honorary Doctor of Science (H.DSc) in 2024.

His research focuses on artificial intelligence, quantum computing, neural networks, and quantum information transfer secrecy models.

He has an extensive publication record, having authored more than 350 research papers, 19 book chapters, and four books in the field of artificial intelligence.

He also holds several patents, including U.S. Patents Nos. 11,093,850 B1 and 11,093,850 B2.

He has received numerous awards, including:
